Infuse Sales LLC · Last updated August 17, 2026

This policy describes what information Infuse Sales LLC ("Infuse Sales AI", "we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past — if anything is unclear, email [email protected] and a person will answer.

Who this covers

This policy explains how Infuse Sales LLC ("Infuse Sales AI", "we", "us") handles personal information. It applies to this website, to enquiries and bookings made through it, to text and email messages we send, and to the work we do for clients.

Two different roles. For our own visitors, enquiries and clients, we decide how information is used — we are the controller. When we build or operate systems for a client, the contacts and records inside their account belong to them: they decide what is collected and why, and we act on their instructions as a service provider. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want your information corrected or deleted, contact that business directly — they control it, and we will support their request.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, submit a request or become a client, we collect what you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business. For clients we also collect the operational details needed to build the work — brand assets, service and pricing information, account access you choose to grant, and business details required for regulatory filings such as text-messaging registration.

Information collected automatically. Standard web data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived here — collected through cookies and similar technologies for analytics and site operation.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not collect or store your card number. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the identifying details our provider returns.

Communications. We keep records of enquiries, calls booked, messages exchanged, and consent given, including the exact wording shown at the time consent was captured.

What we do not want. Please do not send us health information, government identification numbers, or financial account numbers. We do not ask for them and do not need them.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold your call, deliver and support the systems we build, send information you asked for, handle billing, meet legal and regulatory obligations, protect against fraud and abuse, and understand which of our own marketing works.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messaging (SMS) and your mobile information

If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box, we may text you about your enquiry, your appointment, and your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We record the exact consent wording shown to you, the date and time, the page you gave it on, and the IP address it came from, so that both you and we have a clear record of what was agreed.

No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf is permitted solely so that we can deliver the service you requested. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share it

We share personal information only in these situations:

Service providers. Companies that operate parts of our business on our behalf and may only use the information to provide that service to us — customer relationship and messaging platforms, telecommunications and email delivery providers, website and file hosting, payment processing, scheduling, and analytics.

Clients, for their own data. Where we operate a system for a client, the records in that system are theirs.

Legal and safety. Where required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, or where necessary to investigate fraud, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and safety of any person.

Business transfer. If the business is sold, merged or reorganised, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure traffic and marketing performance. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. We honour recognised browser opt-out signals where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide the service and then for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to keep them — typically to meet tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, and to evidence consent. Records of consent and opt-out are kept for as long as required to demonstrate compliance.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business, including access controls and reputable third-party platforms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time.

California residents. Under California law you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to; request deletion; request correction; and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity before acting, and will respond within the time the law allows. You may use an authorised agent, and we may ask for proof of that authority.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date below shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be reflected here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
